OTR worked as advertised. Overall expenses were likely more than the fine would have been (and I had to pay the $71 court costs, as well as $50 for a third-party online safe driving course), but the assigned lawyer got my speeding ticket dismissed, which kept it from affecting my insurance premiums - which was my main concern.
