OTR put me in touch with a local attorney, Paul McLemore, who contacted the court and arranged a plea to reduce the charge to 9 mph above the limit. Mr. McLemore contacted me shortly after I contacted me and resolved this traffic matter in a professional, polite and expedited timeframe. I would recommend using OTR and attorney McLemore.
