This is my 2nd time using OTR, process was seamless both times, in both cases I didn’t have to appear in front of a judge and in one case I didn’t even have to physically visit the courthouse.
For a small fee which I believe is more than reasonable they will link you with a learnt lawyer to get your case dismissed.
I definitely recommend using this service before paying a traffic again.
