Found about the service online. Decided to go with Off the Record because they gave me an an estimate within 2 mins of filling out my case. The estimate turned out to be accurate. My case was a distracted driving case with a mandatory court appearance. The process was very fast and smooth. Got my ticket and points reduced to 0. Off the record found an attourney that was great. The system is easy to use and the customer service is very fast and helpful. Hopefully I won't need to use this service again (since I don't want other tickets), but if I ever do get a ticket, I will know where to go.
