I am giving a 3 because I am averaging the score of a 5 for the ticket outcome, speeding ticket reduced to non moving violation, but a score of one for communication. The atty I had never once contacted me to give me an update UNLESS I messaged him. I paid $800 to get the ticket reduced, which appears to be the highest fee I’ve seen on the website too.
