I got the result I wanted. My ticket did in fact stay off of my record. However, my specific attorney was horrible at communicating. Not once did I get a single message or response during the 5 month period of using this service. Again, very glad I got my result, but the means by which I got there were very stressful. Being kept in the dark for months is not a great feeling when an expensive ticket is on the line.
