Went to order a rug in the sales. Delara Rug 244x305cm - Dirty Orange/Blue. 30% off still it was £1186.00 over my budget but couldn't stop thinking about it. Anyway left it in the basket. Then received an email offering what I thought was an extra 15% off what was in my basket as 'a treat' see screen shot. So thought going to go for it. Only to be told by Fleur on the websites Chat that they don't discount what has already been discounted. I didn't ask for it, you offer it and now say I cannot have it.
