Then received an email offering what I thought was an extra 15% off what was in my basket as 'a treat' see screen shot. So thought going to go for it. Only to be told by Fleur on the websites Chat that they don't discount what has already been discounted. I didn't ask for it, you offer it and now say I cannot have it.”
“I ordered a swimsuit from Oka on June 7th and have yet to receive it. It’s been 27 days. Apparently their workers don’t know how to perform their jobs. Why does it take 27 days to place a swimsuit in a bag and mail it. I have never had such horrible service nor will I ever purchase another item from this company. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. And by the way they will only refund 50% of the price if you return your item. I WANT MY PURCHASE NOW.”
