I cancelled my insurance- was told I had a premium to pay, advised that we are a vulnerable family now and unfortunately had to go on benefits due to my husband losing a foot and myself having mental health conditions, and requested to set a payment plan up, advised I have adhd and green episodes of memeory
Blank etc and if they could remind me that would be great, instead of that - they have
Emptied my bank account the money was to feed my 4 children for 2 weeks, I never gave them permission to do this and I didn’t give them
Permission to store my card details but they do!
Avoid at all costs, I had two people who had compassion and actually wanted to refund me and set the plan up on the phone but then had a manager lady who told me to use charity’s and the money was in there so end of.
But in the 3 hours I was on the phone they kept hanging up on me.
