AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Left me driving around uninsured for 2 weeks due to 2 errors.
Asked for documents, sent them all, only to be greeted with a cancellation on the 5th of August, stating 7 days from the letter with them claiming they needed one more proof of trading, which was sent days prior. Apparently the letter was late because they "overlooked" it and the policy actually cancelled on the 29th of July, meaning I've been driving around for 2 weeks despite being able to download documents from their own website.
Now because of the cancellation, I can't get a policy elsewhere as most refuse because of the cancelation, others increase costs 3 fold. No response othan than "apologies" and no manager to talk to as apparently their office equip is so outdated they can't transfer calls internally. They don't care nor offer anything to help with the mess they have created. The policy was live for 19 days. I was charged 40% of a years cost for this. Bunch of grifters!
