I have been waiting for 11 months now to be refunded by Opodo for a flight the airline (KLM/Delta) canceled (about 250 USD). No matter how many e-mails I send to claim the refund I always get the same response "As we have already requested refund to the airline as soon as we are getting any update from the airline will update you the same ."
When I turn directly to the airline they reorient me to Opodo.
