I used Opodo for many years as a trusted travel operator and am saddened to report that whilst good at taking your payments they have really let me down in returning my money when flights are cancelled. It has now been 15 months since flights worth over £400 were cancelled and no money has been returned after constant requests and complaints. Opodo are blaming the flight operator but as I paid Opodo they are the ones responsible for retuning my money. No doubt I will be told again that it has been passed on to the relevant team to resolve but then will not hear anything or get my money returned.
