They let me make a booking for flights from Catania airport which was not operating due to fire so obviously flights were cancelled and now after waiting for over a month for a refund just under £1000 they charge me £69.99 for being a OPODO member which I will never be a member,
I think a number of people won't be aware of this charge and will lose their money,
definitely not a professional outfit stay clear.
