It is an organized scam. They subscribe you to their prime service and charge you 60+$ after your holiday.
They would take your order, charge your credit card and then send you a mail that one of the connecting flights got refused. If you then try to cancel the whole trip, you lose 20% even if you have checked the refund option.
I hope that the large airline companies stop working with these guys.
