Never a straight forward process. My flight started at £12 and ended up costing £160, then I get a message from Ryan Air to say that they 'don't always get the correct customer info' from Opodo and I had to go though a lengthy procedure, downloading an app and then sending phot ID and MORE MONEY.
Total joke.
