I wouldn’t even give them one star but had to so I could open the box to give my review.
I will never use this company again night before flying out I printed my boarding passes only to discover no luggage for the whole of my family except two so franticly phoned Opodo up and was advise yes should be I said it’s not so was advised nothing they can do and give me Wizz airlines number for me to sort out and was advised if I had to pay for my luggage Opodo would refund me Not what you want to hear the night before flying out . Then only to discover I had been given a Polish telephone number . So I had to re phone Opodo to talk to yet another operator and yet again explain everything only to be told yet again I would have to sort it myself and they would refund me for their mistake .
So at my wits end I had to sort it out with Wizz air who had to cancel my booking in so I could add our cases and pay for themas Opodo hadn’t paid for my luggage .
Previous in the week I had also paid Opodo to add two cases on my return flight with BA which I discovered on return they had not added yet again.
Armed with all my receipts and proof of all their mistakes what I thought would be an easy refund has turned into a nightmare they have only paid half my money back .
I will be taking action against them if this is not sorted and will be going to omnibusman . All I want is my money back they blundered . I wouldn’t recommend this company at all and customer service is unreal . Have spoke to people and emailed
