Trying to cancel subscription a nightmare. Difficult to speak with a real person, kept trying to take money after sending me an email to say yhey cancelled my subscription. This having jad to be done via automated phone system. . I have now finally managed to speak to someone, totally pushy found it very hard to get through to them that no matter what good ideal they offer I don't want it. Fingers crossed cancelled properly this time round. Still waiting for second confirmation email I was promised.
