The website gets stuck all the time. I wanted to change a flight and could not because the website did not work. I had to contact them by phone (their chat bot is just useless) and I was on a very long waiting list, EVEN IF I have a Prime subscription which is supposed to give you advantages like quick assistance 24/7.
In summary, the website does not work, the prime advantages are expensive when compared to other agencies and not worth it.
