NEVER AGAIN - WORST CUSTOMER CARE I have used opodo for the first and LAST time. Booked flex ticket which due to illness, had to change. And the nightmare begun. Kept on receiving messages 'oups something went wrong, please try again later and so on....'. My numerous attempts to contact customer service were met with such indifference in addition to been lied to: 'someone had been trying to get in touch with me....only I WASN'T PICKING!!!!' What a joke!!! My attempt to have the dates of the flight changed was never honoured....but the extra charge for the flex booking was!!! Absolutely absurd!!!
