The Opodo company dealed with Transavia an airport flight from Paris to Amsterdam in Oct.2022. The flight was cancelled without exuse and Transavia refunded the money to the agent Opodo without any possitive of negative answer from thwm to my claims.
They answered to me by the robotic sms dialogue wich is completely ironic to the customer. Unacceptable !
