I still haven't heard a thing from Opodo regarding my refund. It's been 2 months now.
I'm guessing no updates, no body is doing anything. I know what's going to happen, when my cancelled flight date comes around, Egyptair and Opodo are going to say it's a no show.
Absolutely ridiculous. And i am so terribly disappointed.
I feel I am getting nowhere and it just makes me frustrated writing emails all the time.
Well they've lost a customer who frequently uses Opodo and Egyptair.
I've never had an issue until now and I personally feel extremely disappointed.
