AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Cancelled subscription 3 months prior to renewal by phone. Customer service kept informing us of all the benefits. After 60 minutes on the phone, insisting we wanted to cancel. They agreed. Also cancelled subscription via their website. In June they took a renewal payment (even though cancelled subscription!)
Have now spent over 5 hours (over the course of 6 phone calls) attempting to get a refund and been told every time to wait 72 hours and I should receive refund. Nothing received!
Worst customer service, terrible customer care, highly advise anyone NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!
