My flight was cancelled 5 hours before the flight by Wizz air , opado who booked the flight for me not only did nothing to find an alternative flight , but did not accept any responsibility to resolve the issue and was just referring me to contact airlines , the 2nd flight to return had to be cancelled and Opodo again just informed me it was non-refundable and did not help at all
it’s a terrible travel agent who does not feel any responsibility towards customers once they receive the payment
