Use at your peril. You apparently haven't booked a flight you've signed up to a subscription. I now have a 90 annual membership I can't cancel or have refunded as it's what has been set up.
I have tried to sort it out with them . I can't remove my bank account details I cannot cancel my membership. And can't get a refund.
