I booked a car rental in the Faroe Islands. When I turned up at the appointed place it had closed down and they didn't bother to tell me! Someone from the company arranged an alternative from the only place nearby but it cost three times what I had paid for the original booking.
It has taken me two months to finally get them to refund the original booking and they're now ignoring my emails where I ask them to reimburse the extra cost I had to shell out due to their mistake.
Their customer service is completely useless and they don't even bother to answer emails. I will never make the mistake of booking with Opodo ever again.
