I attempted to book a return flight from Adelaide to Brisbane. At the end of my attempt, I received a message saying I was unsuccessful and to book again. Of course, I didn't save the screenshot. Of course, I booked again. But OPODO says it won't refund me. It denies all responsibility, and now I have an extra ticket for the trip. OPODO has been unhelpful in the extreme and not even offering any way forward beyond talking to the individual airlines involved. I did not buy cancellation insurance. However, this is their fault, not mine. I did buy a flexible ticket, but OPODO refuses to have anything to do with changing my flights. All in all I am never ever going to book via OPODO again.
