Quite shocking that there has been extensive reporting of this shabby operation of Opodo, taking money from customers credit for some Prime scheme after booking a flight - with no notification about any of the payments. And yet no apparent action against them despite multiple upset users. This needs to be taken up with EU and Spanish authorities to stop this fraudulent company operating.
