I am extremely disappointed with the services of the company! First of all, I was charged an annual fee, although I have a new bank card that was not authorized, but Opodo still took me 70€!!! I called the customer service straight, and I explained that i am pregnant and i won't be able to travel anymore for at list an year. The response I've got was that they can't refund me the money and there is nothing they can do about it!!! I asked to talk with a manager on duty, and on the other side of the phone was man manned Mohamed, which I had difficulties understanding. He wasn't helpful at all! He kept repeating nothing they could do about the charges. Overall, I will NEVER EVER USE OPODO!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
