Worst customer service experience ever! -> They just don't want to cancel a prime subscription I never made... a test subscription was made a yearly subscription when I requested an invoice and did not make any booking!
...fighting with them for weeks now :(
Not willing to help!
Also not okay how the site/app tries to force you into prime!!
