1 star - Misleading 'free' membership offer and poor customer service I recently booked a flight with Opodo because I was offered 'Prime Membership' with 15 days free and no surprises. However, despite selecting this membership option, I was charged within three days. When I tried to cancel the membership, I was told I would not receive a full refund and customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I was told it was a product and not a subscription, which was misleading from the start. It was impossible to reach a supervisor and the staff seemed to just read off a script without really being able to help. This experience left me with a bad impression and I would urge caution before committing to any 'free' offers with Opodo.
