Almost impossible to cancel Opodo Prime when not used.
Opodo charged auto-renewal without any prior notice. It's impossible to cancel the Prime in their website or Mobile app. I called in and need 17 minutes just to cancel it. I need to call twice.
Feel being deceived by the company. Subscription is easy, but cancellation feel almost impossible. It's a bad business practice that derail trust in the platform. Feel like fraud or deceptive business practice.
