OPODO IS THE WORST....AVIOD AT ALL COSTS
I paid 3500 GBP for a business class ticket. I had to change it because of circumstances out of my control. I placed the requested change, and it said I had to pay 170 GBP. Fine, I accepted that. Then they sent an email that it was really 2000 GBP. And then for three days with multiple calls could not get anyone to take the payment, nor send the payment link. Finally they sent it. I used three different credit cards, and all of them were denied...they all work perfectly. Since no one processed the change, and after so many long distance calls, I could not get them to move ahead, the reservation fell. I did another change, and waited three days for a reply. Today they replied and the change is now 3200 Pounds. A total cost of 7000 pounds, when you go to BA site, it shows it for 4000 Pounds. I believe they do it on purpose to ripp people off. There is no email to write to them, the chat is useless, and the people on the phone are useless. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF....AVOID THEM
