I found Optically staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
I had ordered prescription ready bamboo sunglass frames from overseas & needed lenses put in. I needed a few extras such as transition etc & i called them to clarify what to select when ordering online.
They were super efficient & helpful and I posted the frames to them. The lenses were done & posted back quickly, are of high quality, and were reasonably priced (my lenses are usually very pricey) Highly recommended!
