Ridiculous. Its been almost a month and I have still the company has not come to a resolution about my refund. • I placed an order on the website, which at checkout falsely stated that my selected gifts would be delivered the next day (on Valentine’s Day).
• After two days, I was informed that my item could not be delivered to my pincode—despite your system confirming availability at the time of purchase.
As per their refund policy:
• “The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas, and time. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to the customer. In such a case, the amount paid by the customer is fully refunded to OyeGifts wallet or bank account.”
• Due to your inability to deliver my chosen item after accepting the order, I am entitled to a full refund as per the policy.
• The policy clearly states that if an order is canceled due to non-availability, the amount paid will be refunded in full. Please credit the refund to my bank account.
• I have waited patiently, followed up multiple times, and yet, instead of processing my refund, I am receiving baseless responses claiming that they did not recieve anything emails, and then stopped responding to me.
They have taken the money and have not delivered service. I would highly advise NOT to go to Oye gifts. It would be a mistake.
