“Worst experience ever! I ordered a Diwali gift for my parents in India that was supposed to arrive on Diwali. It didn’t. When my parents called customer service, they were treated rudely. The order arrived a day late, and the product was completely different from what I paid for.”

“Paid extra 350 Rs for mid night delivery but they have delivered at 9.30 pm only. Also it was surprise but they called receiver just after receiving the order and open everything. Poor experience, customer support will never pick call or reply on whatsapp”

“This is a grievance I am reporting against this company. When I placed the order and what was depicted on their site, I was under the impression that a freshly baked plum cake will be sent however what you have sent is a 330g Unibic plum cake which costs Rs 142 n for that I was charged Rs 839 just for the cake alone with delivery. How can this company cheat customers this way, on the image that have not mentioned that it's gonna be a unibic cake. If I wanted to give a unibic cake I could have ordered it myself from Instamart why did I have to use Oye gifts platform. I would urge from customers not to order anything from this site as they are running fraudulent activities. I tried calling the number you have given to reach customer care but noone bothered to receive and no response even received on email.”

“Ordered a Bonsai plant, but received a completely different, low-quality plant. OyeGifts agreed for refund. Weeks later, still no refund. My request for chargeback with my bank is rejected by them as well. For the same occasion, I had ordered on FNP and they were transparent in communicating the plant I ordered is not available and proposed a replacement. When I did not like the replacement plant, they immediately refunded. But Oyegifts...appear to be a a fraudulent company. The customer care is also very arrogant.”

“Ridiculous. Its been almost a month and I have still the company has not come to a resolution about my refund. • I placed an order on the website, which at checkout falsely stated that my selected gifts would be delivered the next day (on Valentine’s Day). • After two days, I was informed that my item could not be delivered to my pincode—despite your system confirming availability at the time of purchase. As per their refund policy: • “The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas, and time. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to the customer. In such a case, the amount paid by the customer is fully refunded to OyeGifts wallet or bank account.” • Due to your inability to deliver my chosen item after accepting the order, I am entitled to a full refund as per the policy. • The policy clearly states that if an order is canceled due to non-availability, the amount paid will be refunded in full. Please credit the refund to my bank account. • I have waited patiently, followed up multiple times, and yet, instead of processing my refund, I am receiving baseless responses claiming that they did not recieve anything emails, and then stopped responding to me. They have taken the money and have not delivered service. I would highly advise NOT to go to Oye gifts. It would be a mistake.”

“Order Number: #OYE100091397 I had a truly disappointing experience with Oyegifts. I placed my order well in advance, carefully selecting an item that was listed as available for my postal code. However, just three hours before the scheduled delivery, I was contacted by your customer support team, who informed me that the delivery could not be arranged. This last-minute communication left me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied. The lack of consideration for the customer’s time and expectations is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the customer support team was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and dismissive. They displayed no professionalism or manners in handling my concerns, making the entire situation even more aggravating. The service I received was abysmally poor, and the lack of accountability from Oyegifts is beyond frustrating. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for your company. I had hoped for a smooth experience, but instead, I am left with a negative impression of your services. I strongly advise others to avoid using Oyegifts, as it is an unreliable and untrustworthy company that clearly cannot be relied upon for timely or quality service.”
