Ordered a Bonsai plant, but received a completely different, low-quality plant. OyeGifts agreed for refund. Weeks later, still no refund. My request for chargeback with my bank is rejected by them as well.
For the same occasion, I had ordered on FNP and they were transparent in communicating the plant I ordered is not available and proposed a replacement. When I did not like the replacement plant, they immediately refunded. But Oyegifts...appear to be a a fraudulent company. The customer care is also very arrogant.
