“Placed Order for same day delivery in the morning. Order was bouquet of flowers with addon of birthday card and mug. Got a message few minutes after that mug cannot be delivered same day and takes 3-4 days. I asked them to cancel mug and provide other items for occasion same day. They said 35% cancellation charges. Not sure why such people take customers for fools as no work was done by them on this order. The mug was basic without any customization and was cancelled due to issue at their end but still forced 35% cancellation charges. Finally had to take it 3-4 days after. pathetic service and lack of service quality. DO not order from them. Total SCAM. Also they have someone absolutely terrible on whatsapp and email. Got some really impolite responses. DO NOT waste money with them. Try FnP much better. I decided to place same order through another website as I was not sure they will even deliver the product now.”

“I ordered next day delivery and provided pincode. The website accepted the order and I made the payment. Next day I get an email asking extra 550 rupees for delivery. When I tried changing the address or asked for a refund, I did not get any reply from them. The company is a scam , don't trust it. Pay a bit extra a buy from more reliable companies likes Ferns and petals.”

“Thank you OYEGIFT. I had ordered a Sugarfree cake for my parents and brother for their birthday. The cake was just amazing and light on the stomach. Everyone loved it smile emoticon Your response was very professional and personalized. What I was amazed at was a call in the morning to know if I wanted to have anything written on the cake !!! That was attention to detail smile emoticon it just delighted me. Thank you very much and assure you that we shall be your returning customers.”

“Box was open and items were used when delivered, one of the item was delivered separate which was part of the box. People working in customer service have no idea how to deal with customers at all. Whoever delivered just ruined my Moms Mother's Day! on top of that Agent who was chatting online got rude and was arguing instead of finding a solution. Cake was not delivered the way the picture showed on the site. When questioned the person wrote "ok so only the heart were missing everything else was fine, plz don't order from our site again and don't recommend anyone also" IS THIS THE RESPONSE THAT CUSTOMER SHOULD GET FROM OYEGIFTS Agents??? I have always used other sites this time I used this OYEGIFTS and was just very upset that why I didn't go with some other reliable site that will delivered what is ordered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN... THEY MESSED UP THE CAKE AND THE GIFT ITEM (1800) WAS OPENED AND USED AND THEN DELIVERED.. SHAME ON YOU OYEGIFTS AND SHAME ON THE PERSON WHO IS NOT FIT TO WORK FOR SITES LIKE THIS.. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO WRITE WHEN THEY DEALING WITH INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. THEY WON'T GIVE ME THE REFUND OR SEND A NEW ITEM INSTEAD ASKING FOR A VIDEO WHICH WAS NOT MADE WHILE OPENING THE BOX.....my mom is 85+ i was not expecting her to make videos when she received the gifts.... THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME WITH OYEGIFTS... ANYWAYS! THE IMPORTANT MESSAGE IS THAT "OYEGIFTS" SHOULD TRAIN THEIR WORKERS AND NOT JUST HIRE THEM WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I VERY MUCH WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CALL ME OR REFUND ME THE MONEY ... YOU CAN PICK UP THE USED ITEMS FROM THE ADDRESS....”

“I had booked a big hamper worth rupee 4 thousand for my mother on mother's day but even it has not been delivered.not even provided refund.better go with FNP. oye gift is a fraud fraud company and I know god will punish them in front of all of us one day. terribly disappointed.no customer support at all”

“This is a fraud. Please dont fall in their trap. I ordered stuff of about Rs 2800 and also paid for it in advance. Not received the item and the contact number provided by them is not being picked up. No response on WhatsApp as well. Big scam.”

“I ordered combo set with a small pillow chocolates and a plant. Chocolates and plant not received. Charged so expensive but their service is worst and poor. Gift message just print on plain white paper?? Seriously?? Do not order from them again!! Lousy quality and service!!”
