“Ridiculous. Its been almost a month and I have still the company has not come to a resolution about my refund. • I placed an order on the website, which at checkout falsely stated that my selected gifts would be delivered the next day (on Valentine’s Day).
• After two days, I was informed that my item could not be delivered to my pincode—despite your system confirming availability at the time of purchase.
As per their refund policy:
• “The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas, and time. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to the customer. In such a case, the amount paid by the customer is fully refunded to OyeGifts wallet or bank account.”
• Due to your inability to deliver my chosen item after accepting the order, I am entitled to a full refund as per the policy.
• The policy clearly states that if an order is canceled due to non-availability, the amount paid will be refunded in full. Please credit the refund to my bank account.
• I have waited patiently, followed up multiple times, and yet, instead of processing my refund, I am receiving baseless responses claiming that they did not recieve anything emails, and then stopped responding to me.
They have taken the money and have not delivered service. I would highly advise NOT to go to Oye gifts. It would be a mistake.”

However, just three hours before the scheduled delivery, I was contacted by your customer support team, who informed me that the delivery could not be arranged.
This last-minute communication left me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied. The lack of consideration for the customer’s time and expectations is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the customer support team was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and dismissive. They displayed no professionalism or manners in handling my concerns, making the entire situation even more aggravating.
The service I received was abysmally poor, and the lack of accountability from Oyegifts is beyond frustrating. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for your company. I had hoped for a smooth experience, but instead, I am left with a negative impression of your services.

After placing the order, I attempted to contact customer care team, but I was unable to reach anyone via phone. i then sent a message on WhatsApp, and after a significant delay, I received a reply stating: "No service as mentioned to this pincode." I was assured that I would receive another email with product suggestions that could be delivered in the next 4-5 days, but I have yet to receive any further communication from your side.
As of now, I have neither received the delivery nor any updates regarding my order.”

“Disappointed with Delivery and Cancellation Policy
I recently placed an order with OyeGifts and had a very disappointing experience. The delivery time they provided was completely misleading. I had placed the order well in advance expecting timely delivery, but it didn’t happen as promised.
Moreover, I had to cancel my order before 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, but they still charged me an unreasonable cancellation fee, which was far higher than I expected. Given that I canceled well within the mentioned time, this seemed unfair.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I would advise others to be cautious of their delivery timings and unclear cancellation charges.”

“I ordered a black forest cake, message card, and chocolates for a birthday. Despite my clear instructions, they failed to write 'Happy Birthday' on the cake or include a birthday cake tag. The Dairy Milk chocolates were also fake, with a different color and a terrible taste. The chocolates looked expired but were not expired, and didn't even come close to the real Dairy Milk quality. To make matters worse, they overcharged me, taking ₹300 for two chocolates worth ₹170. When I messaged them about my issue, they didn't respond properly. The service was terrible, and I'm extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend using their services.”

I was in office and I totally forget to book cake and some gifts for her. Then my wife called me and suddenly I ordered 2 KG chocolate cake for her via OyeGifts.
