Experience 1: Order a valentines day gift a week before the day, was supposed to be delivered before 9 pm, was delivered at 11pm by a drunk guy and the flowers were withered and spoiled beyond repair. Informed the customer support but no apology.
Experience 2: Ordered a Mothers day gift, received a message on the day of the delivery abut not being able to deliver and will be delivered next day. Contacted the support next day about the status, got a reply "Not delivered, refund". Such an unprofessional behavior is unprecedented. I am not even sure there would be refund processed since it was paid in foreign currency.
Please avoid the company.
