The customer helpline is switched off since morning of one Mr.Dhirendra, Oyegifts.
I requested for a gift delivery for today and did the book on the day prior to that. Agredd that it's Valentines day but they dont have even a facility to track my package, the helpline is switched off.. And AT THE END OF THE DAY THE ORDER IS STILL NOT DELIVERED YET
