If I could give zero stars I would. They do not care at all about customer service. I had problems with delivery, they did nothing to help. I had paid extra for refund if parcel didn't arrive on time, I was told incorrect amount and only received half of expected money back. This is completely lost on them, all I am offered is a goodwill gesture of a prepay amount which is fine if you have another parcel to send or likely will in the future but I don't so this is completely useless to me and again, this has been lost on them.
