Shipment mishandled, no customs data provided, parcels now being returned to an address I no longer live at — and Parcel2Go sends me a surcharge email and to provide another UK address instead of fix I booked an international shipment with Parcel2Go (DPD → BRT Italy), and the experience has been extremely poor from start to finish. BRT repeatedly asked me to pay customs charges but refused to provide the mandatory customs documentation required to do so — no MRN, no customs broker details, no customs invoice. Without these documents, it is legally impossible to pay or contact Italian Customs. I raised this issue multiple times. After several days of attempts, Parcel2Go finally escalated the case, but by that point the shipment had already hit a customs timeout because the courier never released the required data. As a result, the parcels — containing my personal belongings — are now being automatically returned to the UK. The problem is: I have moved home, so returning the shipment is not an option. Parcel2Go and the courier were fully informed of this, yet the return was triggered anyway due to their own failure to provide the documentation needed for clearance. To make matters worse, after days of waiting for a real update, the only email I received from Parcel2Go was a generic automated message saying that my order had incurred a £125 surcharge — even though the dimensions listed in the email match exactly what I declared, and even though the real issue (missing customs data) remains unresolved. They say they will “cover the cost this time,” but this completely misses the point: my belongings are being returned to an address I no longer live at because the courier failed to do their job. Parcel2Go’s support agents have been polite, but the process has been slow, inconsistent, and ultimately ineffective. I still don’t have a concrete resolution, and my belongings are now in limbo. My belongings are being sent back to a country I no longer reside in because the courier failed to provide the required customs documents, and the only “solution” offered is for me to find a new UK address. This is not a resolution — it is a deflection of responsibility. I expect Parcel2Go to take responsibility, stop the return if possible, and ensure the shipment is delivered to my current address in Italy without additional cost. At the moment, I cannot recommend this service for international shipments involving customs.

Avoid avoid avoid as much as you can. I have used their service to deliver a 15 kgs and within their maximum limit dimensions parcel to Germany. Evri their subcontractor, I have delivered it to them. At the time of delivery they have measured parcel’s weight and total dimensions and accepted it. After 3 days I have received an email stating that your parcel was over 2 kgs and off the dimensions limits. I have requested an evidence of it. Guess what! No evidence was provided by parcel2go to me. Instead they have requested evidence from me. I have provided them excerpt showing size, dimensions and requested to get a cctv footage of parcel shop at the time of delivery and acceptance for weight. Guess what! Till today no response and they try to ignore you, delay, decline……… Based on the above and with this in mind that p2g is try to rip law aboding citizens, I would strongly emphasise not to use this company at all and spend just little bit extra and get your parcel delivered where it’s needed to be.

Extremely Poor service. 5 days later for 20euros and then delivered to the wrong address. We were able to work out by the photograph which neighbour possibly had our parcel and retrieved it. On the customer service, you have to repeat information to them and that's via webchat!. Use of AI responses via agents (apparently) are obvious and annoying especially as one really doesn't need to discuss feelings when one is trying to locate the parcel that has been sent by a family member. or also to just make a complaint. The circular discussions to get any sort of sense out of the agents is just annoying and overcomplicated via excuses of 'sending your feedback to relevant departments to improve service' or via the GDPR excuse, when the customer didnt even ask for any personal details, yet was offering all of the required information. Utter nonsense!! Will not be using Parcel 2 Go again!

Double-billed directly by UPS. I am bitterly aggrieved that I had to spend 8-10 hours of my valuable time trying to prove to both P2G and UPS that the dimensions & volumetric weight had been omitted from their label and that it was clearly a glitch in their system that resulted in me being unjustly double-billed. What happened was - I entered the weight & dimensions of my package correctly - but the label that I was sent did not show either the dimensions or the volumetric weight. I paid for the P2G service at the time of booking as per normal, but some three weeks later I received a second bill for dimensional (volumetric) charges directly from UPS. To make matters worse - the P2G online “dispute a surcharge” form deleted my message when I clicked on the send button and a few days later when after I emailed customer services directly, they failed to respond after an initial generic-template email informed me that the package had been delivered and the case was closed. Additionally UPS back dated their invoice which gave me very little time to investigate before the settlement deadline into how this injustice could possibly have happened. On top of this they threatened to slap a maximum fine of £40 plus 8% p.an interest for any late payment. As a result, I decided to send a cheque to UPS on P2G’s behalf in order to stop any further charges being billed to me. To add insult to injury, when I emailed P2G again to say that I no longer wanted to use their platform again and wanted the balance of my pre-payment account refunded- they refused to refund it even though they had recently sent me notifications of how much was still in the account and that it was clearly still active.

I sent four boxes to the USA Christmas gifts to my daughter, when booking them parcel2go website said no extra charge for recipient or sender. One box arrived but three boxes the UPS driver demanded $200 for customs duties at the door in cash or cheque. My daughter didn't have cash in that amount or a cheque book so they were returned with the driver. She paid online straight away but UPS still have the boxes two weeks later. Despite contacting parcel2go hundreds of times, and ringing UPS twice, no delivery or attempted delivery they both are useless at communicating or updating their tracking. UPS in particular have not updated tracking except to say duty paid. Parcel2go have no way of communicating with UPS directly they just send a stock email over and over again like they have read nothing you tell them, it's more than frustrating it's horrendous. Their complaints team are completely ineffective. I have lost over £600 in customs charges and contents and cost of sending the boxes. I will never use parcel2go or UPS again! Terrible experience.

P2g is working closely with inpost and yodel. Interestingly they are able to track my parcel posted via yodel but when it comes to compensation I was told it is not their responsibility. Awful experience I had with them .after 19 days they delivered a damaged parcel which wasn’t usable anymore

⭐ 1 Star – Misleading, No Warning of Fees, and No Accountability I shipped a parcel to Canada using Parcel2Go with UPS. Their system accepted a PO Box address with no warning that UPS don’t deliver to PO Boxes. There was also no mention at checkout of any import fees. After sending the parcel, UPS demanded unexpected customs charges from the recipient, who understandably refused. Now the parcel hasn’t been delivered, and Parcel2Go are telling me I must pay again just to get it back – or it will be destroyed. Customer service keep quoting terms and conditions instead of acknowledging that their site allows undeliverable addresses and doesn’t clearly warn about fees. No help, no accountability. A service that takes your money, doesn’t deliver the parcel, then holds it until you pay more. Very disappointing.

Failed delivery, no refund, no accountability – extremely disappointing Parcel2Go confirmed delivery of my monitor by 31 October 2025 (Ref: P2G139068593). I stayed home all day, but it never arrived. Since then, they have refused to provide tracking information, customs contact details, or a refund. Their responses have been dismissive and vague. This has caused financial loss and distress as I rely on this equipment for work. I’ve given them multiple written deadlines and a formal invoice, but after 9 days past the delivery promise, I still have no monitor or refund. The complaint is being escalated through Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

Pointless company with truly awful service, avoid like the plague. Parcel sat with courier for a week despite them assuring me they had updated details (courier later confirmed zero contact from P2G) and then parcel was returned. No apology, no explanation, no offer to help and to make it worse they decided to keep £20 of the "refund". Worst waste of my time I have ever seen. Will never use again.

I am extremely disappointed with Parcel2Go and Parcelforce. I sent a kids’ bike worth £100 (Tracking Number: P2G136399641), and it was never delivered. I received no updates, no information, and when I tried to resolve the issue, my refund was denied. They only returned the parcel fee, but my bike is completely lost. Their customer service is unhelpful, unresponsive, and refuses to take responsibility. I am very sad and frustrated with this experience. I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise others to avoid Parcel2Go and Parcelforce if you value your money and peace of mind.

gone rapidly downhill. They have never generated labels the last 3 times I have used them. Rather they refund the money. They say the courier cannot pickup this despite me already send several packages to the same delivery for the my pickup address. Very odd! It's very hard to reliably run a business with this level of nonsence.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Parcel2Go for Anything Valuable! I purchased insurance for my parcel, expecting peace of mind - but instead, I received frustration and zero accountability. Although the parcel was marked as successfully delivered, several items inside were missing. It was obvious the package had been tampered with - the side was partially opened upon arrival. Despite clear evidence that something went wrong during transit, Parcel2Go outright declined my claim. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, hiding behind vague terms and conditions instead of taking responsibility. What’s the point of paying for insurance if they won’t honor it when it matters? This experience has completely eroded my trust in Parcel2Go. I will never use their service again and strongly urge others to avoid them - especially if you're sending anything of value.

No movement on parcel for a week. When I opened a case (which was difficult enough) I get told that they are returning parcel to sender, which can take up to 14 working days. Therefore I have been waiting 3 weeks for a parcel to UAE which will end up back in my home address in the UK. No reason given as to why the parcel is being returned. Just to top it off they give me a refund of £10 less than what I originally paid! I won’t be bothering with this courier again - absolutely awful service and just taking my money for no apparent reason. Now I am down items that are important for my job and can’t work. Extremely angry!

This company is built to protect itself, not your parcel. Read this before you trust them. I used Parcel2Go to send a high-value, sentimental item from France to the UK. I paid nearly £300 for shipping and insurance. The parcel was never delivered. UPS told me it was damaged beyond delivery and would be withheld, in other words: lost. Parcel2Go first refused my claim by saying the item was “damaged”; therefore, I needed to provide photos (which was impossible, since it was never delivered). Then, when I pressed further, they switched their reasoning to say the item was on their “prohibited items” list and therefore not covered for loss or damage. So which is it? Damaged or prohibited? Either way, they refused to take responsibility. Here’s the kicker: their booking system let me declare the item, accepted the shipment, and charged me for insurance without any warning that the item would be excluded. Only after they took my money and the parcel vanished did they refer me to a long and vague list of “prohibited items” that includes almost anything normal people might ship. This company profits from technicalities, not service. Their T&Cs are full of catch-all clauses that let them deny responsibility while still collecting money for “protection” they have no intention of honoring. Customer support was a script, not a service, just repeating legalese with zero interest in resolving the issue. Warning: if your item is valuable, irreplaceable, or means anything to you, do not use Parcel2Go. And read their T&Cs carefully: chances are, your item is already excluded.
