Absolutely shocking customer service. Parcel lost or stuck somewhere. Had to find out the info myself, then contact claims. No response until I chased after a week. No telephone number or call allowed apparently to discuss. Then told I need to trace myself, seems like they just got fed up and couldn't be bothered anymore. I'm now out of pocket, no parcel, and customer has no product either!

Dishonest company Dishonest company, they charge you an amount for insurance of the full value of your parcel, when you make a claim because one of their operatives "lose" your parcel, they offer a "fair" settlement of the value, in my case £75 less that it was "fully insured" for that's plain theft. I paid for full value so should receive full value including VAT, not a net ex VAT value, that's a "fair" settlement!! Update 9.7.26 Parcel2go have replied and offered to discuss this claim but so far haven't bothered to reply to my reply, excellent customer service you have there, you should be very proud! Now please explain why your settlement offer is the net price of my goods without VAT not the gross price paid and evidenced including VAT? Update 28.7.26 This incompetent company closed my claim for £453, the sum insured and paid for. THREE times they offered the NET value of £378, three times I rejected the offer, they then closed the claim without notice and then had the bear faced cheek to send me an email, from a BOT, stating that they had offered the full settlement value and that I had rejected this, beggars belief! Why oh why in the name of all that is holy would I reject the full offer three times? This is a company of bots, smoke screens, incompetence and dishonesty, do yourself a favour and don't use them.

SCAM! My parcel arrived completely destroyed with my property fully damaged and broken. The box arrived shattered as it has fell out of the plane. I have paid them insurance, I have sent them pictures of the completely smashed box that was labeled FRAGILE and of my damaged property and yet they refused to reimburse me because I did not take a picture of the inside of the box (of how I packed the items which were wrapped in bubble wrap and secured by pillows so the parcel really had to be violently mistreated to get this damaged). To anyone sane only the look at the picture of the state in which they delivered the parcel would be enough. They stole my money and just closed the claims case I opened. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Horrible Customer Service, they moved guaranteed delivery time without my knowledge so I can't claim refund after late delivery even that I payed them for "guaranteed delivery"

Insured 2 parcels for £2000.00. Never showed up. Send photographic proof that they had been delivered to the wrong address. Made a load of excuses and wrote pointless nonsense back to my enquiries. When I tried to claim on the insurance for my loss they said the items had batteries in them so claim was invalid. Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Terrible, they are not keeping their promises and just creating excuses. Their main responsibilities are collection and delivery, even though they guarantee the delivery, they are not even attempting to collect, and they are lying about parcels and their services. They are worst service I have ever seen and never work with them again.

This has been one of the most frustrating courier experiences I have ever dealt with. I paid a significant amount for an international shipment from the UK to South Africa, only for Parcel2Go to repeatedly mishandle it. Not once, but twice, the parcel was picked up and then returned to the sender instead of being delivered to the actual destination. What makes this even worse is that I confirmed the delivery address multiple times with their team. Their own staff rebooked it, reassured me it was correct, and still managed to get it wrong again. After two weeks of delays, excuses, and empty promises, I was still being fobbed off with vague responses instead of getting a proper explanation or a real solution. The customer service was completely useless. They were polite enough, but politeness means nothing when nobody can tell you why your parcel keeps being returned, why the courier assignment changed, or how they intend to fix their own repeated incompetence. Telling a customer to “wait another two weeks” after already wasting so much time and money is unacceptable. For a company that presents itself as a professional courier service, this was embarrassingly poor. My parcel did not even leave the UK, yet I was charged heavily and left chasing updates while Parcel2Go failed at the most basic part of the job: delivering a parcel to the correct country. I will not be using Parcel2Go again. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid them.

Awful service. Total rip off crooks. Steer well clear! Had an eBay buyer purchase an item, I packed everything carefully in bubble wrap. Item was £60. During the postage purchase I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to include insurances, which I took in case eof any issues, insuring the item was insured for £60. The item turned up broken. Parcel2go said they wouldn't offer any compensation and rejected my claim as it was broken, and they would like nly pay out of it was lost by courier. Disgraceful from parcel2go.

You are really fast and reliable. I requested delivery and my items arrived on time. Furthermore, I received a reimbursement from my insurance.

Their QR code didn't appear after parcel2go confirmed my booking and it has been a nightmare repeatedly giving email and password and asking to speak to someone, and then being switched back to start all over again and again and again. They have taken my money but given no service zs

Arranged a courier collection via P2G via Evri 'Light and Large'. The first collection date was booked for 5th Feb 2026 with no specific time - you just have to wait in all day until they turn up. Evri never showed up. A second date was booked for 9th February and, of course, they didn't show up again. P2G refused to arrange an alternative courier (unless I paid extra) and did little to compensate for our two whole wasted days. We just got 'scripted' answers on live chat which just add to the frustrating situation even more. They even had the nerve to say that collections are not guaranteed, so you may well end up waiting day after day - and the couriers do not even notify you that they are not coming. I know from my experience with other couriers that they can get their collections/deliveries down to a pretty reasonable timeframe and they advise/update customers mostly by text message, but Evri/P2G do not. Does it get any worse than this? UPDATE: 11/02/2026 - RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM P2G - THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE: Good Morning Alan, Thanks for your email. Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the missed collections with the Evri Light and Large service. I completely understand how disruptive this has been for you, particularly having spent two days waiting for a collection that did not take place. I appreciate why you felt you had no option but to arrange an alternative courier, and I understand your concerns regarding the additional amount you have had to pay to do so. As previously advised, we have already offered £10 of prepay as a gesture of goodwill for the poor experience you encountered. While I understand this does not fully offset the additional cost you have described, this remains the maximum compensation we are able to offer in this instance. Please note that, in line with our terms and conditions, we are unable to compensate for consequential losses, including any additional costs incurred when arranging alternative services with another carrier. I am very sorry that this situation has led to further inconvenience and disappointment for you, and I regret that we have not met the level of service you rightly expected on this occasion. Kindest Regards Jack Wrigley So, allowing for the extra £16 I had to pay to arrange an alternative courier, I am still £6 worse off/out of pocket as a result of Evri's failure. I have also lost two whole days of my life waiting for a courier who was never going to turn up. All I asked for is that my additional costs were covered. P2G have failed to recognise that this is not only FAIR, it is also the absolute MINIMUM they should have done to resolve this situation. BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT USE PARCELS2GO - THEY ARE SIMPLY UNFAIR WHEN IT COMES TO RESOLVING A CLEAR AND OBVIOUS SITUATION.

Never trust your parcel with them. My parcel worth over £580 was misplaced and supplying all the evidence they asked for. They were offering my £20 compensation, and extremely rude as well

Shipment mishandled, no customs data provided, parcels now being returned to an address I no longer live at — and Parcel2Go sends me a surcharge email and to provide another UK address instead of fix I booked an international shipment with Parcel2Go (DPD → BRT Italy), and the experience has been extremely poor from start to finish. BRT repeatedly asked me to pay customs charges but refused to provide the mandatory customs documentation required to do so — no MRN, no customs broker details, no customs invoice. Without these documents, it is legally impossible to pay or contact Italian Customs. I raised this issue multiple times. After several days of attempts, Parcel2Go finally escalated the case, but by that point the shipment had already hit a customs timeout because the courier never released the required data. As a result, the parcels — containing my personal belongings — are now being automatically returned to the UK. The problem is: I have moved home, so returning the shipment is not an option. Parcel2Go and the courier were fully informed of this, yet the return was triggered anyway due to their own failure to provide the documentation needed for clearance. To make matters worse, after days of waiting for a real update, the only email I received from Parcel2Go was a generic automated message saying that my order had incurred a £125 surcharge — even though the dimensions listed in the email match exactly what I declared, and even though the real issue (missing customs data) remains unresolved. They say they will “cover the cost this time,” but this completely misses the point: my belongings are being returned to an address I no longer live at because the courier failed to do their job. Parcel2Go’s support agents have been polite, but the process has been slow, inconsistent, and ultimately ineffective. I still don’t have a concrete resolution, and my belongings are now in limbo. My belongings are being sent back to a country I no longer reside in because the courier failed to provide the required customs documents, and the only “solution” offered is for me to find a new UK address. This is not a resolution — it is a deflection of responsibility. I expect Parcel2Go to take responsibility, stop the return if possible, and ensure the shipment is delivered to my current address in Italy without additional cost. At the moment, I cannot recommend this service for international shipments involving customs.

Avoid avoid avoid as much as you can. I have used their service to deliver a 15 kgs and within their maximum limit dimensions parcel to Germany. Evri their subcontractor, I have delivered it to them. At the time of delivery they have measured parcel’s weight and total dimensions and accepted it. After 3 days I have received an email stating that your parcel was over 2 kgs and off the dimensions limits. I have requested an evidence of it. Guess what! No evidence was provided by parcel2go to me. Instead they have requested evidence from me. I have provided them excerpt showing size, dimensions and requested to get a cctv footage of parcel shop at the time of delivery and acceptance for weight. Guess what! Till today no response and they try to ignore you, delay, decline……… Based on the above and with this in mind that p2g is try to rip law aboding citizens, I would strongly emphasise not to use this company at all and spend just little bit extra and get your parcel delivered where it’s needed to be.

Extremely Poor service. 5 days later for 20euros and then delivered to the wrong address. We were able to work out by the photograph which neighbour possibly had our parcel and retrieved it. On the customer service, you have to repeat information to them and that's via webchat!. Use of AI responses via agents (apparently) are obvious and annoying especially as one really doesn't need to discuss feelings when one is trying to locate the parcel that has been sent by a family member. or also to just make a complaint. The circular discussions to get any sort of sense out of the agents is just annoying and overcomplicated via excuses of 'sending your feedback to relevant departments to improve service' or via the GDPR excuse, when the customer didnt even ask for any personal details, yet was offering all of the required information. Utter nonsense!! Will not be using Parcel 2 Go again!

Double-billed directly by UPS. I am bitterly aggrieved that I had to spend 8-10 hours of my valuable time trying to prove to both P2G and UPS that the dimensions & volumetric weight had been omitted from their label and that it was clearly a glitch in their system that resulted in me being unjustly double-billed. What happened was - I entered the weight & dimensions of my package correctly - but the label that I was sent did not show either the dimensions or the volumetric weight. I paid for the P2G service at the time of booking as per normal, but some three weeks later I received a second bill for dimensional (volumetric) charges directly from UPS. To make matters worse - the P2G online “dispute a surcharge” form deleted my message when I clicked on the send button and a few days later when after I emailed customer services directly, they failed to respond after an initial generic-template email informed me that the package had been delivered and the case was closed. Additionally UPS back dated their invoice which gave me very little time to investigate before the settlement deadline into how this injustice could possibly have happened. On top of this they threatened to slap a maximum fine of £40 plus 8% p.an interest for any late payment. As a result, I decided to send a cheque to UPS on P2G’s behalf in order to stop any further charges being billed to me. To add insult to injury, when I emailed P2G again to say that I no longer wanted to use their platform again and wanted the balance of my pre-payment account refunded- they refused to refund it even though they had recently sent me notifications of how much was still in the account and that it was clearly still active.

I sent four boxes to the USA Christmas gifts to my daughter, when booking them parcel2go website said no extra charge for recipient or sender. One box arrived but three boxes the UPS driver demanded $200 for customs duties at the door in cash or cheque. My daughter didn't have cash in that amount or a cheque book so they were returned with the driver. She paid online straight away but UPS still have the boxes two weeks later. Despite contacting parcel2go hundreds of times, and ringing UPS twice, no delivery or attempted delivery they both are useless at communicating or updating their tracking. UPS in particular have not updated tracking except to say duty paid. Parcel2go have no way of communicating with UPS directly they just send a stock email over and over again like they have read nothing you tell them, it's more than frustrating it's horrendous. Their complaints team are completely ineffective. I have lost over £600 in customs charges and contents and cost of sending the boxes. I will never use parcel2go or UPS again! Terrible experience.
