This company is an utter joke. Made arrangements for a collection of a large parcel for Tuesday 07/02/23 between 08.00-20.00. Waited and waited till 20.00 hours had passed. Went to a chat online who have a reason of driver/vehicle issues. Rescheduled specifically stating that no-one was going to be in until 11/02/23 and as it's a large parcel cannot be left anywhere as I need a receipt. 09/02/23 at 14.11pm a courier turns up to collect the parcel. Again went to chat online only to be told it's scheduled for 11/02/23. Waste of space

I posted a parcel and was informed that there was a surcharge that required paying as the weight exceeded the 1kg I had submitted. As a shop I was able to recreate the same parcel and when weighed this was only about 700grams. After contacting Parcel2Go they advised me to submit a dispute which I did with photos of the order and the weight on the scales. It wasn’t until I tried to ship another parcel that I found out that even though I had disputed the surcharge I had to pay it or they wouldn’t allow me to send anything else. So to let everyone know if you want to continue to use Parcel2Go and you get a surcharge either pay it or ship with someone else, I would have expected the surcharge to have been placed on hold until it had been investigated allowing me to continue to post through Parcel2Go.

I went through parcel to go to send a parcel to a friend 60 miles away,I picked yodel to deliver my parcel big mistake I paid extra for insurance and extra for a signature, after three days my friend phoned me to say it had not arrived, well after showing him the paper work and trying to speck to a human (what a joke) track said it had been delivered, yes it had wrong road wrong address the driver just dropped it of in someone’s garage nearly a mile from wear it should have been, so disappointed in yodel will not be using again ,

P2G85540127... I booked a collection by Parcelforce 48 through P2G, it was for a model rc tank and it was valued at £300i was advised by P2G to take out the extra insurance that would cover the model for accidental damage and total loss, I paid an extra £14 for this insurance, the model was uplifted on the 8th Feb and delivered on the 9th, but it was severely damaged and there was evidence that the box had been dropped, I submitted a claim, and today I received an email from P2G telling me that they were refunding the shipping cost, of £13 but my claim for the damage was rejected because, they said the model was on their restricted list, I emailed them and spoke with an agent, who informed me the they do not cover models, or kits, when i explained this wasn't a kit it was a toy as it had a function, i.e it was rc, the agent stood firm with his original argument, suffice to say, i will never use this company again, they are scammers and ebay sellers and buyers should beware, their insurance is not worth the paper its printed on

I mailed five boxes the day I moved out of my flat and moved continents. A week later I got four of them, and when I went online to track, one of them was marked ‘returned to sender’. I was annoyed because I literally moved continents so my box was probably just sitting in my old backyard or something, unattended, but I was like, I’m sure there was a valid reason. Maybe I put something in there that couldn’t be shipped. So I contacted customer service hoping they could just tell me why the box couldn’t be shipped, and I thought maybe we’ll arrange for something else to be done because we’re in the middle of a pandemic and I can’t just hop on a 10 hour flight and sort it out in person. It was in the middle of the week, and they were like, so sorry dude, we’ll check with the courier and get back to you. Two days pass, nothing. So I logged back in and spoke to another customer service rep, who was like, yeah, the courier will get back to you the coming Thursday (a few days away). I was like okay cool thanks. Thursday came and went. Friday came and went. Then the weekend came and went. So I was like, okay... this is not right. I contacted customer service the THIRD time. They said, ‘well it says here in our system that the courier responded, but they don’t have your email, so why don’t you give me it and I’ll pass it on to them and they’ll contact you?’ I was ANNOYED. At that point it’s been weeks since my parcel was marked ‘returned to sender’ so for all I know, raccoons could have gotten to it already or something. Or worse, other people. But I was polite (each time I was polite, in fact) and I said okay. I gave them my email, thanked them. Though they should already have it, because I literally used it to sign up to use their service. So, right. I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And it’s been another week and RADIO SILENCE. And I am too annoyed to be nice right now because obviously this company does not care what happens to your parcels. This whole time, not a single person could tell me what’s wrong, no one could get the courier to tell me what’s wrong. They just kept telling me to check again later, and it’s been TWO MONTHS since my other four boxes arrived. I packed a lot of important and personal stuff in that box that I know now I will never get back. I honestly will never use this service again. I wasn’t mad that a box couldn’t be shipped, I’m mad that no one could tell me what was going on for two months and now I still don’t know why it happened or where my stuff is. Uncool.

Impossible to contact by phone or chat. I ordered a Collect+ delivery via Parcel2Go and took it to Tesco, who scanned the barcode on my phone. So far so good. But then the store assistant proceed to try and stick a "label" that was just like a paper till receipt, ie. not sticky and very flimsy, to the parcel, securing only the ends with bits of yellow tape. I said that this must be wrong: labels should be sticky and that that one would come off at the slightest touch. She insisted it was normal and ok, and her colleagues agreed. I said this was unacceptable, then another colleague said he would put tranparent tape over the label, which I accepted. He said something about cutting back on resources. I find it hard to believe that Tesco don't have proper label printers. I don't know if this is a Tesco issue or a P2G issue.

WHEN they work they’re Great but a quarter time they are useless and SO hard to chat/contact! It’s all Bots &/or multiple-choice Blind Alleys that never let you ask a genuine question It’s really ANNOYING IF they added a few pennies in top of their fees They could afford the staff

Levied an extra £3 due to one dimension of the parcel being 3cm greater than allowed. However it was 6cm shorter in length and 8 cm smaller in width. Normally I would continue to use this site for all deliveries but I cannot find an email address on their site so cannot have a moan. I shall go direct to Hermes now. G.Easton

I am waiting, two days on for named day pick up, 12 hours per day, not a word of information. This is the check out page - you are invited to choose a collection date. The date you choose is printed on the confirmation email - no caveats explained. You wait in good faith. Collection Date Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Dates Please note that delivery timescales are working days. On this service deliveries can take place Monday to Friday. Please bear this in mind when estimating the delivery of your parcel. Selected Date: tomorrow I now find out AFTER TWO DAYS WAITING IN, this is not an exceptional delay due to a stolen van or something, but in fact the typical delay as pick up dates are entirely meaningless and discretionary. The pick update on my Order confirmation represents a false statement of terms and breach of implied and printed terms of contract. To make it worse, P2G don't even provide update by email to let you know if courier is even coming yesterday as ordered, today, tomorrow or this week, to helpfully narrow down my wait or inform me it has changed. This is massively unreasonable and very inconvenient when a tiny little email could facilitate positive information exchange. Instead, PSG prefer complete silence! On the website I am now offered the option to rebook a new date!!!! Why? The dates are not guaranteed. UTTERLY MEANINGLESS. Why do they even have a 'choose a date' option on the booking page? You choose your date and you wait just the same as someone who does not, or chose a delivery yesterday or tomorrow! I have no idea whether I should just wait in for few days...and eventually they may pop along. Or if I need to re-book, and wait in a few days and eventually they may pop along! As a carer I do need to be able to pop out sometimes! And my customer needs to know.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I apologise for the service you have experienced. I am sorry for the previous failed collection. Unfortunately collections and deliveries are non day definite guaranteed services. This is because we cannot 100% guarantee the collection/delivery to be made on the date booked, however we have a very high success rate of parcels being processed. If you need any further assistance online@parcel2go.com with your P2G order number. Thank you, Naseem Parcel2Go Customer Services

After my parcel was collected there was no update to the tracking information for 5 days. Their CHAT service does not seem to work, they do not list a telephone number or email address. Therefore very difficult to contact; that is an appalling way to treat your customers. I did find an email address which they acknowledged but never answered the questions I had raised. And they have the nerve to ask me to use them again. Why?

I booked a parcel to be sent to India via parcel2go and they used DPD as the courier. The parcel is now held at customs because it needs a VAT number adding and every day for the last 4 days I have spoken on the chat and they have forwarded the information to DPD. However DPD are taking absolutely no notice at all of the emails and it just sits there doing nothing. DPD will not deal with me, so I would never use a comparison company again to book my parcels as sadly they can't help when things go wrong, (and you can't do it because you went via them.) Its totally frustrating, not Parcel2go's fault its just that the courier companies don't co-operate with them

Sent a parcel to Portugal with medical equipment items for 2 very elderly advanced dementia patients on 28 December 2018 and Parcel2Go gave couriers in Portugal wrong post code. The items were returned to me and are still in transit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for guaranteed delivery! Been following this up since mid Jan and still at square one ... unacceptable and appalling.

AVOID. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK As a small, struggling business, I am always in need of the most economical courier service. Whilst P2G offers the cheapest... there is a good reason. They offer a very very sub-standard service. DO NOT pay for the insurance or Next Day delivery. These are not guaranteed - whatever lies they may claim - and they will fight you to the death, with everything they have NOT to compensate you. They are only about the money coming in. They rely on their cheap prices to trick customers, and dont worry about customer service... or even doing what you paid them to do.

We submitted a claim to Parcel2go, as we did not receive a parcel of donated items that we had expected and which we paid shipping and insurance for. It beggars belief that this company cannot understand that we have no pictures of a bag we never seen or received. Parcel2Go returned the package (which was damaged on the outside) to the sender instead of delivering it to its destination. The sender instantly gave it away to a local charity as it was now too late for our charity which was being sent to disabled children overseas. She did not take any pictures of the contents. I sent a picture of the damage to the box and explained so many times that we have no pictures of the contents; yet they insist on more pictures and refuse to settle the claim. The level of stress is unbearable.

Very poor service, couldn't explain why parcel took 3 days just to get to the hub. Delivery took 8 days in total instead of the quoted 3 to 5 days. Driver didn't bother to knock the door or leave a card. All they said was if you wanted it by certain day you should have paid the extra. Got them to give me partial refund which they refused to pay directly into my account forcing me to use them again
