Why can I not claim for late delivery when I used Hermes nextday and paid extra for guartanteed delivery... item took 3 days.. sent on 20th arrived 23rd chat help says guaranteed date is 30th... what a useless guarantee

does anyone know why the new live chat on the parcel2go site is not actually letting you speak to customer service. I do not know what i am doing wrong as i cannot reach anyone?

Live Chat window offers 5 self-serve options such as cancel your order and rebook collection. If non of the options apply and you want to chat with an agent at the bottom of the window click 'Connect to an agent'.

My parcel was collected on the 21st of September. Up till 26th of September no delivery no contact. No one to call

Hi I don’t know how but your site booked my two parcels to pick up but I was suppose to send only one. What shall I do now. Bcoz I have paid but when u received my email there it says there are two parcels to pick up and I have been charged for two parcels.

hello. I currently have an item being delivered to Russia containing a musical drum. I was allowed to insure this item for it's cost, as another website said it couldn't be insured. I chose Parcel2Go because this was allowed for peace of mind. I have been reading countless reviews about people having paid extra for their insurance and when it came to claiming, Parcel2Go would tell them their parcel is not insurable? I am very worried I too have been sold insurance on my item that in the eventuality of damage or loss I will be told it was not insurable? Can you assure me my items insurance was not sold to me falsely? My parcel reference number is P2G49501941

Worst of the delivery companies in England. Made an order to deliver a new boiler, chose TNT service with insurance. next day they accepted boiler and after a week delivered me back a completely a broken boiler, boiler was looking like they dropped from the lory. And now they does't want to refund the cost of the boiler. They say that the are not delivered boilers, but when I ordered their service I indicated that was inside and price 666.26 GBP.

I do NOT recommend their service. I chose them to deliver my parcel to Poland, because they offered me the cheapest option. But of course behind this, there is a very long list of item which they do NOT COVER in case of damages. You can find there every single item which you normally put in a parcel. So when I was booking their service, I had to answer what is in my parcel, so they knew it contained lamps and cutlery. When I wanted to pay for this order, suddenly appeared a message that in case of damage it will be on your own risk, or they suggested to pay an additional cost to protect my parcel. I chose to pay more money for the delivery of my parcel to make sure it is fully covered and protected for £150. Nevertheless, the parcel has been received with the lamp broken into pieces. That was totally damaged. We took photos and added to the claim. They aim to solve your claim within 14 days (not 14 working days). I went through 4 e-chats and after 17 days they offered me a “goodwill” of £21 to cover the cost of the parcel even though it was insured to the value of £150. They should be ashamed of the service they provide, where in their policy you can find a long list of things which they are not going to cover, but when you are placing the order, there is no information about it. As I even additionally payed to cover this parcel and did not know that this is not going to change anything and they will not cover my parcel. This is just cheating the customers, as they do not take any responsibility for items which we are sending by their company. So in that case you can lose lots of money due to their policy. This is the most UNPROFESIONAL delivery company which I ever met and I do NOT recommend anyone to use them.

I believe this company is a scam. They took my money but haven't delivered the parcel. They told me I cannot claim the money because the parcel never left the depot. So where is it? I called them every day, spent hours and all they kept saying was "we will call DPD" and then never got back to me, my parcel still wasn't delivered and I had to do it all over again the next day. They are shockingly bad. There is a reason why they are cheap - because they are unreliable, incompetent and unhelpful. If you want to loose your money and your parcel, this is the company for you.

Sadly this is the worst service I have ever used. Non collection of goods with sender waiting in vain all day without notification. 45 minute wait on live chat to solve it or rebook it to find out services are not' guaranteed' meaning you pay for a service which is may not exist. Lesson learnt better to rely on couriers you know- and never ever book Hermes through this website. customer service very poor experience.:(

this company is absolutely shocking. It is sooooooo hard to contact them, and Our parcel has made a disappearance after three months of trying to get it to its destination. I even hand wrote a letter to the office in bolton, and had no reply. They have kept my money and the parcel, which i have been hassling them to give back to me. As soon as I start a chat with them, they say they have no record our our conversations. I am so fed up.

Why is so claims process so slow given the item I posted was clearly damaged. You have my money and failed to deliver my item safely and now have the audacity to keep my money while you investigate yet you haven't even opened the files I have sent to you. Really poor service Parcel2go. Surely you can do better than this

My parcel was sent from Basildon to Worcester tracking shows it at Llanelli Depo at 05.41 today it took until 14.45 for you to realise it was misrouted. It is supposed to be here, will it be here tomorrow? How can you misread Worcester, Worcestershire for Llanelli in Wales? It will have traveled 4 times the distance it should have by the time it reaches here, have you prioritised delivery or just put it back in the system, which isn't good enough? Nb you never answered my last query.

You sent an email with tracking number, clicked on button 'track your parcel '.result no parcel found with that number! Tried putting in number myself, with and without prefixP2G same result. It seems you know you have the parcel, but can't find it. I'll see if it arrives tomorrow, its not late yet, I just wanted timings.
