“ Avoid at all costs, collected a parcel 23/5/18, still chasing 26/7/18. States returned to customer 26/6/18. No they didn't! Had to provide my signature as courier said I signed for it. I found parcel on 27/7/18 delivered to original recipient on 19/6/18! I could have walked it quicker! 48hr delivery my a!@#. No refund or compensation ”
