“ I arranged a delivery on the 22/05/2018 - its the 13/07/2018 and the parcel still has not been delivered. My claim was rejected because they said they located the package... yet still nothing!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES ”

“ paid for next day delivery (which is more expensive) and they didn't even collect it. after a number of phone call which you could not get through on ,managed to speak to somebody on a chat line who was not bothered only wanted to make a new delivery pick up date .would not use them again. ”
