They lost my package on return and treated this issue as a normal thing.
Instead of tracking my package, after 2 months, they sent me an email saying they will refund my payment for their service.
It's a total joke of a company, they probably hire random people who open packages and take wathever they want, and that because there are no repercussions.
I don’t understand how after 2 months they couldn’t find a package that had wrote on all sides of it my address and name. Is imposible to have 100 boxes written with glowing colours the address of the sender
