My parcel was lost / stolen but it’s okay it’s obviously by fault because I trusted them to deliver my parcel without taking extra insurance out to cover their bad practices .
Tried to contact CEO but to no avail . I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company. Big profits little customer support .
