Shocking. Set up parcel to be dropped off Monday at Inlockers. Duly did this and found Hermes delivered back to me next morning even though all paperwork correct with customers delivery details.
Then stupidly I set up another delivery for same parcel as needed to get it to customer and could t contact Parcel2Go, Hermes or InLockers and after 3 days parcel still not collected from lockers. Avoid like the plague. Will never now use again and had used multiple times.
