Purchased postage from parcel2go went to use UPS as a courier . Paid over £22 for delivery next day.
After 4 days parcel2go and UPS have no idea where the parcel is , when you email parcel2go they just say we will email UPS . Then UPS say we will call , after 4 days leaving my number 5 times still no call back.
They even said they tried to call until I proved they did not and then they can wait to drop the call.
Parcel2go let the buyer beware if you have a urgent order don’t use them.
